Citrix Problems:

Problem: The user is using Safari to access Citrix for grading, but the connection disappears before showing the Senior Systems window.

Cause: Corrupted Java cache files.

Resolution:

1. Open the "Java Preferences" app in /Applications/Utilities/Java.

2. Select the "Security" tab.

3. "Clear Cache".

4. Empty the Cache in Safari

5. Delete the CTX.DAT file in the Home Folder.
