When you delete a file from one of the servers, the file is immediately deleted and cannot be easily recovered.

Because of this, please be certain that you want to delete a file before you remove it from the server. One way to do this is to make a folder on the server called 'to be deleted'. Move files into this folder, then review the contents before actually deleting the folder.

If you need to recover a file that was deleted, contact New Lab. You need to provide the most recent date that you had the file, the name of the file, and the name of the server and folder(s) it was in.
