What is VoiceThread?
Voicethread: What's a Voicethread anyway?
Turn your presentations into online collaborative conversations at voicethread.com. Upload your PowerPoint presentations, images, videos and annotate them with your voice, text, handwriting, and links. Invite others teachers or students to annotate or contribute to your VoiceThread presentations.
Comment Moderation: You have the choice to moderate comments added to your Voicethread.
Access: By default, VoiceThreads are private and not accessible to others who are not a part of the Dalton VoiceThread community. If you make a VoiceThread public, then you can link to it from a web page (or blog or Moodle) or embed it into a web page.
Student Accounts: We can create individual student accounts (recommended for Middle and High School students), or or you can create multiple identities within your Voicethread account (recommended for First Program students). Please note that comment moderation will not work between different identities--only between different accounts.
